Chopova Lowena accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the unique, upcycled nature of our textiles, slight variations are intended and not considered defects.

Initiate Request

Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

Shipping

Dispatch your return using a tracked postal service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

Processing & Refund

Once our studio inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
